Mission: The mission of Troutman’s Parks and Recreation Dept is to enhance our citizens’ quality of life by providing safe amenities, well-maintained parks and greenways, relevant and diverse programming, and opportunities for mental and physical renewal and enrichment. We work to strengthen the social and collaborative foundations of our community and promote healthy, active, and balanced lifestyles.

Vision: It is the vision of the Troutman Parks and Recreation Department to work in trust with and reflect the community we serve. We will collaborate with others, strive to keep the public informed and actively engaged, and continue to cultivate relationships with the citizens we serve.
